Join us on Sunday, July 8 for the Elmhurst Garden Walk and Faire. This year new Elmhurst homeowners will open their gardens for all to appreciate and enjoy. Each garden has its own personality and style and ranges in size from grand to modest. The passion that these homeowners bring to their gardens is evident throughout the landscapes.
Additionaly, the Faire Wilder Park will feature unique garden accessories and one-of-a-kind pieces to transplant into your own garden. Perennials will be for sale from a nearby nursery.
New this year will be lunch served in the historic Wilder Mansion. Located within Wilder Park, the mansion will also feature a new Art Exhibit.
The majority of proceeds from the Garden Walk benefit the Mildred Hartney College Scholarship Fund. In addition, the club supports many community projects in horticulture, education, and conservation. We welcome donations of any amount, with donors being recognized in our Garden Walk Guidebook 2011.
We invite you to become a sponsor of this community event. Limited space is available in our Guidebook 2011 and can be reserved for your business.
We encourage participants of the Garden Walk and Faire to recognize the contribution of these important businesses and
to value their services.
