For information on exhibiting
The historic Wilder Mansion has been a part of Elmhurst since its beginnings. First built by Seth Wadhams in 1868, it was called "White Birch". It was later owned by the King and Wilder families.
In 1922, the Elmhurst Library began to use the mansion's first floor and it was the site of the library for many years. In 1994, Elmhurst began discussions about new ways to use the mansion. Subsequently, the Wilder Mansion was expertly and lovingly restored. It is now host to many events in the community, and we invite you to learn more.
